Swiss water decaf
No chemicals, no ethyl acetate, no dichlorometheane. We use the swis water prossesc wich is a full water only proccecs.
Decaf coffee has been known to be inferior to its canffinated counterpart. This is unfortunate because decaf can actually be just as good. As long as the following conditions are met, you decaf cup will taste exactly like its cafinated counterpart. The process; most coffee roasters use chemicals like ethyl acetate or dichlorometheane to decaffeinate thier coffee, at driply we exclusively use the Swiss water process to decaffeinate, which is a wter only process. Freshness; the decaffeination process causes cofffee beans to openen up and become more porous. Because of this decaf coffee stales a lot quicker. All out coffee is only roasted onece you purchase, so you get the optimal amount of time to enjoy your cup. Quality; because of the difficulty mentioned above many raoster dont even bother starting with a quality product. If you put garbage in, you’ll get garbage out. At driply all our coffee is specialty grade, and sourced from only the top farms. Hence you can rest asured you are geting the best decaf you have ever had!
