     All orders ship for free!

Delivery Estimates

Please understand that each order is a bag of coffee created specifically for you. This means the freshest coffee possible and that process takes time. It is worth the wait. 

All shipments are roast to order, packed and generally shipped the same day, cutoff time is around 7AM PST. High volumes, USPS/UPS policy and other issues may occasionally result in orders shipping the next business day. Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days (occasionally longer during Holidays and peak times). 

Ship to delivery is generally 1-5 business days total. We do not offer expedited shipping as it only serves to cause false expectation. The total time to delivery allows our coffee time to naturally release excess carbon dioxide. The result is coffee arriving to you right at the peak of flavor.    

Merch

Our merch is stocked at difrent warehouses, and in some casses will ship directly from the manufacture. Please be patient and alow a few days for the tracking information to populate.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. As each shipment is roast to order, please allow 3-5 business day for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order after 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@driply.coffee with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
